We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will accept returns.  (excluding swimwear and intimate bottoms, health, beauty and fragrance items and perishables.)

To be eligible for a partial refund (for which the buyer is responsible for shipping costs), the item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags within 30 days of purchase. Otherwise, it will not be accepted and the buyer will be responsible.

You will receive a full refund for the cost of the merchandise, less shipping costs.

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us to obtain your RAN (Return Authorization Number). 
  2. In your return package, include the RAN and the item you are returning in its original, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and protective liner (if applicable) intact. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, have heavy perfume or smoke odors. Intimate apparel bottoms, such as panties and swimwear bottoms, are not returnable.
  3. Mail your return to the address below. We will process your return within 14 business days after receiving it.
  4. Once your return is processed, we will issue a credit in the same form of payment as the original purchase. We will email you once we have received your return and processed your credit. Please note that it may take a few days for the credit to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank's processing time. We will refund the purchase price less shipping costs.
